This seal kit fits, Century, Holmes, and Champion Wheel-lift In/Out cylinders after December 2002. It is a universal kit that will fit Texas (marked TH) ot Green manufactures cylinders. Please remember that seal kits may fit different cylinders of the same diameter.
This part can be used to replace Part Numbers 12-0308388 and 12-0308896.
