This is a Bearing Pad Kit by Miller Industries. It includes all the parts necessary to replace the wear pads on a 21' Steel Car Carrier prior to 2010. See Features for a list of parts that are included.
These pads mount to the bed rails, not the subframe. We recommend replacing all the pads at once. This kit does require removing the bed to install.
